Petit Cuisine sells multiple packages, our copyright policies are as follows:

Images, Video + printables purchased in the online store:

• Copyright transfers to the buyer, the seller is free to use those images and videos for portfolio and marketing purposes.

I will not resell ANY images purchased.

Images + video commissioned as a 'recreation or exclusive' is considered a work-for-hire and

• Copyright transfers to the buyer, the seller is free to use those images and videos for portfolio and marketing purposes.
• A work-for-hire agreement is signed by both parties.

ALL other commissions are per industry standard, and Copyright Law, as a photographer I retain the copyright to all images created by Adrienne Gelbart & Petit Cuisine.
